A rare southern track winter storm will affect the Deep South on Tuesday and Wednesday. Locally, the impacts will include rain, wind, hazardous beach and boating conditions.
Chilly and rainy tonight. Wind chill values will be in the mid to upper 30s to low 40s along and north of I-4 as well as across Osceola county tonight, with mid 40s to mid 50s everywhere else. North to northeast winds will remain breezy at times, especially along the Treasure Coast tonight. Rain chances will increase through the overnight hours, with light to moderate rain showers lifting northward across east central Florida. Lingering poor sea conditions across the Treasure Coast waters tonight as well as the offshore waters of Brevard with seas up to 6 ft and northerly winds around 20 mph.
