Please enter your storm reports using the form below. For best use by our forecasters, please submit your report as soon as possible.

Please limit your submissions to events in which you have witnessed at least one of the following. Always include the time the event happened and the location:

Tornado, waterspout, or funnel cloud: Give as much detail as possible regarding your location and how far away and in what direction you observed the feature.
Wind Damage: Any structural damage, downed trees or power poles.
Hail: Specify the size, location, and time of occurrence.
Flooding: Report any flooding of homes, businesses or roads that are impassable.
Heavy Rain: Include storm totals. Rain rates of more than 3" in a hour are especially helpful.
