While most areas will remain dry, isolated showers are forecast along the coast and just offshore of Volusia through Midnight. Patchy to areas of fog once again tonight, with areas of fog forecast from central Osceola to southern Brevard counties southward. Lingering smoke from fires can mix with fog, producing significantly reduced visibilities overnight tonight. Two areas of concern for settling smoke and fog will be along Florida's Turnpike and State Road 60 north, as well as west of Yeehaw Junction and as U.S. Route 441 south of Holopaw.
Above normal temperatures are expected this week with near record temperatures for much of east central Florida forecast on Wednesday and Thursday. This level of heat typically affects those who are sensitive to heat. Remember to drink plenty of water and reduce time spent outdoors or stay in the shade (especially during the late morning to afternoon hours).
