The risk is expected to increase through the morning, highest in the afternoon and evening. Storm hazards will be gusty winds 40 to 50 mph, with a less than 15% chance for isolated damaging gusts to 60 mph, locally heavy rainfall leading to minor flooding, and deadly lightning.
