Click for larger image. Coastal hazards this weekend include a High Risk of rip currents, a High Surf Advisory, a Coastal Flood Advisory, and a Small Craft Advisory.
A few showers will drift onshore today, though most areas will remain dry. Breezy east-northeast winds will continue along the coast, with speeds 15 to 20 mph and gusts up to 30 mph. A high risk of rip currents continues at area beaches, and hazardous boating conditions persist over the local waters. A Coastal Flood Advisory is in effect for the potential of minor coastal flooding around the times of high tide. A High Surf Advisory is in effect along the Treasure Coast through early this afternoon.
