A coastal flood advisory is in effect through Sunday.
Gusty northerly winds will diminish this evening. Expect cooler and drier conditions overnight behind the most recent cold front. Skies will be mostly clear across the interior tonight, but as winds veer onshore closer to the coast there may be some onshore-moving stratocumulus clouds with some occasional higher cloud coverages here. Overnight lows cooler and pleasant in the mid to upper 50s over the interior and low to mid 60s near the coast, except upper 60s across barrier islands. A High Risk of life threatening rip currents continues at the local Atlantic beaches, and entering the surf is not advised. A Small Craft Advisory continues for all marine legs except near shore Volusia for seas building to 6 to 8 ft. Small Craft Should Exercise Caution near shore Volusia for seas up to 6 ft.
The National Weather Service in Melbourne will be holding a SKYWARN Spotter class at the St. Lucie County Emergency Operations Center on Tue. Nov. 19 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Additional information is available at https://www.weather.gov/mlb/skywarn.
