Treat by moving to a cooler area, loosening clothing, and sipping water. Seek medical help if symptoms don't improve. Heat exhaustion can lead to head stroke. A person suffering from heat stroke will exhibit confusion, dizziness, won't be sweating, and may become unconscious. Heat stroke is life threatening! Call 911, move the person to a cooler area, loosen clothing and remove extra layers, and cool the body with water or ice.
