A Moderate risk of life-threatening rip currents exists at all central Florida Atlantic beaches. If caught in a rip current, try to relax and float. Don't swim against the current. If able, swim in a direction following the shoreline. If unable to escape, face the shore and call or wave for help.
Patchy fog early this morning will reduce visibilities below one mile in spots. Any fog will lift by mid morning and a warm day is ahead with max temps in the mid 80s coast and upper 80s inland. Isolated to scattered lightning storms will develop during the mid to late afternoon and move east and off the coast. A few of these storms will be strong containing gusty winds and dangerous lightning strikes.
