A weak area of low pressure is forecast to develop near the Southeast Atlantic or Gulf coasts this weekend and has a medium chance (40%) of becoming a subtropical or tropical depression as it drifts north and northeastward. For east central Florida, the primary concern is impacts from heavy rain.
