However, windy conditions continue to exacerbate drought conditions. D2 (Severe Drought): Portions of Campbell, Crook, Weston, Harding, Perkins, Butte, Meade, Lawrence, Pennington, Custer, Fall River, Oglala Lakota, Jackson, Bennett, Haakon, Mellette, Todd, and Tripp Counties. D1 (Moderate Drought): Portions of Perkins, Meade, Ziebach, Pennington, and Haakon Precipitation: Last 30 Days Over the past 30 days precipitation has ranged from below average across Campbell County Wyoming, northern Harding and Perkins Counties, and most of south-central South Dakota including portions of Fall River, Oglala Lakota, eastern Custer, eastern Pennington, Haakon, Jackson, Bennett, Mellette, Todd, and Tripp Counties.
