Extreme drought is present in Fulton County, OH, extending into neighboring counties Severe Drought conditions are present in northwest Ohio, extending west through northern Indiana Moderate Drought conditions are present in portions of far southern Michigan U.S. Drought Monitor Drought intensity and Extent D3 (Extreme Drought): Fulton County, Ohio extending into neighboring counties D2 (Severe Drought): Northwest Ohio through northern Indiana D1 (Moderate Drought): Far southern Michigan D0: (Abnormally Dry): portions of far southern Michigan Precipitation 7-day rainfall has favored Illinois, extending into northwest Indiana Toward the Indiana-Ohio state line, about 25% to 50% of normal rainfall has been recorded (7-day) 30-day rainfall continues to be well below normal Summary of Impacts Hydrologic Impacts Pond and creek levels are low or very low.
