A Marginal Risk (Level 1 of 5) for severe storms continues across much of the area through this evening. Large hail and damaging winds will be the primary threats.

Scattered showers and thunderstorms will persist this evening but will gradually become more confined to areas north of I-20 early Sunday. Cool and cloudy conditions are expected overnight.

Much cooler temperatures are expected Sunday under cloudy skies. Chances for showers will persist across Northeast Texas, Southeast Oklahoma, and Southwest Arkansas, but rain chances should gradually diminish during the day Sunday.
