A WINTER STORM MOVED THROUGH THE REGION LATE MONDAY INTO TUESDAY
MORNING...BRINGING BITTERLY COLD TEMPERATURES TO THE REGION AND
ACCUMULATING SNOWFALL. GENERALLY...BETWEEN ONE TO TWO INCHES OF
SNOW FELL ON THE CAPROCK...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS OF THREE
TO FOUR INCHES ALONG A NARROW BAND IN THE EXTREME SOUTHWESTERN
PANHANDLE. FURTHER EAST...ALONG THE EDGE AND OFF OF THE
CAPROCK...TWO TO THREE INCHES OF SNOW FELL...WITH PERHAPS A
FEW LOCALIZED AREAS THAT HAD SLIGHTLY HIGHER AMOUNTS.
