Moisture from a remnant tropical system will bring a chance of showers and thunderstorms to southern California starting Wednesday through at least Friday. The most hazardous impacts Wednesday into early Thursday will be dry lightning and localized strong winds. As more moisture arrives Thursday, the threat shifts to flooding and potential for debris flows in and around recent burn scars.
