LOUIS * UNTIL 345 AM CDT * AT 304 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO 7 MILES EAST OF BAY ST. LOUIS...MOVING WEST AT 55 MPH. * THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO BE NEAR...
