A HURRICANE WARNING IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR LOWER SOUTHEAST LOUISIANA AND THE MISSISSIPPI GULF COAST. HURRICANE KATRINA...A CATEGORY FOUR HURRICANE APPROACHING THE CENTRAL GULF OF MEXICO...IS EXPECTED TO TURN NORTHWEST AND MAKE LANDFALL OVER SOUTHEAST LOUISIANA AND SOUTH MISSISSIPPI ON MONDAY.
