ST. JOHN THE BAPTIST PARISH IN SOUTHEAST LOUISIANA ST. CHARLES PARISH IN SOUTHEAST LOUISIANA * UNTIL 530 PM CDT * AT 1132 AM CDT...FLOODING WAS RAPIDLY BECOMING MORE WIDESPREAD OVER THE AREAS SOUTH OF LAKES MAUREPAS AND PONCHARTRAIN AS DANGEROUS HURRICANE KATRINA MOVES NORTHEAST OF THE AREA.
