With lower astronomical tides this week, the surge in northeasterly winds this evening will only result in minor tidal flooding for area beaches near and south of St. Augustine in addition to portions of the ICW and St Johns River south of Jacksonville. A coastal flooding advisory is in place for these areas through this evening's high tide.
