December 12th Snowfall

A surface trough passed through the area on Friday, bringing much of the region a dusting to up to an inch of snow in the morning. Behind the trough, northwest winds allowed lake effect snows to set up with an intense single band dropping from 3 to nearly 6 inches of snow over parts of Berrien and Cass Counties in Michigan in just over 8 hours.
