2	1947	1	30	0950	Elmore	F3	5.0	200	3	30	Kent 14 homes and 17 barns were destroyed. Several large farms were totally destroyed. This may have been the same storm that affected Montgomery.
1	1947	1	30	0925	Montgomery	F2	3.0	200	0	12	Montgomery 20 homes were damaged just north of Montgomery. 4 homes and a store were destroyed near Gunter Field.
