A cold front moving down from the Great Lakes will bring scattered showers and thunderstorms through northern Ohio this evening into the early overnight hours. An isolated stronger storm cannot be ruled out with the main hazard being strong wind gusts and isolated large hail.
A pattern change is on the horizon, as warmer and drier conditions are forecasted for the second half of May.
Rain will move east of the area this morning. A mix of sun and clouds are expected by the afternoon with highs in the 70s. A shower or storm cannot be ruled out north of I-70 this afternoon ahead of a cold front.
