Here is a look at some Memorial Day weather statistics for Cincinnati, with data going back to 1871. Memorial Day was originally observed each year on May 30th, until federal law moved the holiday to the last Monday of May beginning in 1971. As can be seen in the data below, there has been a fairly wide spectrum of temperatures and precipitation amounts on Memorial Day in Cincinnati, but high temperatures have generally been in the 70s/80s and low temperatures in the 50s/60s.  It is also not uncommon for Cincinnati to see some rain on Memorial Day.
