A TORNADO TOUCHED DOWN ALONG S. FRIENDSHIP ROAD IN SOUTHEAST
RIPLEY COUNTY. THE TORNADO CAUSED ROOF AND SIDING DAMGE TO 
HOMES AND BARNS, AS WELL AS DESTROYING SILOS, ALONG WITH TREE
DAMAGE.  WHILE THE TORNADO DAMAGE ENDED JUST WEST OF THE DEARBORN
COUNTY LINE, EFFORTS ARE STILL ONGOING TO CONFIRM WHETHER DAMAGE
IN DEARBORN COUNTY WAS STRAIGHT LINE WIND OR TORNADO. 

THESE FINDINGS WERE SUPPORTED BY ASSISTANCE FROM RIPLEY COUNTY
EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT.
