Atmospheric River in the Pacific Northwest and Northern Rockies this Weekend

A Pacific storm and atmospheric river will impact the Pacific Northwest states and northern Rockies this weekend, bringing locally heavy low elevations rain and heavy high elevation snow in the mountains. Severe Weather


Clusters of storms moving through a warm and humid airmass resulted in strong wind gusts and scattered instances of wind damage throughout the area. The most concentrated and significant area of damage was located in northern portions of Clark County, Ohio, where nearly a dozen separate reports of substantial tree damage were reported. Some roof damage also occurred as a result of these severe storms.
