The extremely dangerous heat wave continues across the East Coast and much of the South-Central U.S. today. Record high temperatures are expected for some areas especially across the Mid-Atlantic where extreme heat risk conditions reside. SOUTHEAST FROM JOHNSTOWN-UTICA ROAD NW /U.S. HIGHWAY 62/ CONFIRMS
A VERY BRIEF AND WEAK TORNADO TOUCHED DOWN IN AN OPEN AREA BETWEEN
HOMES ON JOHNSTOWN-UTICA ROAD NW AND ADJACENT DUTCH LANE
NW...NORTHEAST OF JOHNSTOWN.

PER THE VIDEO...THE TORNADO IS ONLY ON THE GROUND FOR A FEW
SECONDS WHERE A BRIEF CONDENSATION FUNNEL...AND SOME MINOR
DEBRIS /DUST/ IS SEEN. THE ONLY REPORTED DAMAGE WAS TO
LAWN FURNITURE...AND A DAMAGED GUTTER TO A HOME. THE TORNADO MOVED
INTO A TREE LINE AND RAPIDLY DISSIPATED...WITH NO APPRECIABLE TREE DAMAGE
OBSERVED.
