THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN WILMINGTON OH HAS CONFIRMED A
TORNADO NEAR 6 MILES EAST OF PATASKALA IN LICKING COUNTY OHIO ON
OCTOBER 26 2010.

A DAMAGE SURVEY DONE BY THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN WILMINGTON
OHIO CONFIRMED A BRIEF WEAK TORNADO LIKELY TOUCHED DOWN JUST
SOUTHWEST OF THE RIVERSIDE SUBDIVISION...AND THEN MOVED THROUGH
THE SUBDIVISION AS IT LIFTED.

DAMAGE INCLUDED SEVERAL LARGE HEALTHY TREES SNAPPED OFF...MINOR
STRUCTURAL DAMAGE TO SEVERAL HOMES INCLUDING WINDOWS BLOWN
OUT...ROOFING MATERIAL REMOVED...AND CHIMNEY DAMAGE.

THIS AREA OF DAMAGE WAS CORROBORATED BY A VERY STRONG ROTATION
SIGNAL ON THE FAA TERMINAL DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR LOCATED JUST WEST
OF PATASKALA OHIO. THE DAMAGE IS CONSISTENT WITH WIND SPEEDS
AROUND 80 MPH. THIS IS A HIGH-END EF0 TORNADO ON THE ENHANCED
FUJITA SCALE.

THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES:
