THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN WILMINGTON OH HAS CONFIRMED A
TORNADO NEAR MARYSVILLE IN UNION COUNTY OHIO ON JUNE 6 2010.

DAMAGE EXTENDED FROM NEAR COLLINS ROAD APPROXIMATELY 3 MILES
SOUTHWEST OF MARYSVILLE...TO WEAVER ROAD NEAR THE UNION COUNTY
AIRPORT. DAMAGE MOSTLY CONSISTED OF SEVERAL DOWNED TREES AND LARGE
LIMBS. LIGHT STRUCTURAL DAMAGE OCCURRED TO SEVERAL HOMES NEAR SR
38 AND TIMBERVIEW DRIVE...INCLUDING LOSS OF SHINGLES AND SIDING.
THE MOST SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE OCCURRED TO A HOME ALONG SR 38...WHICH
SUFFERED NEAR TOTAL ROOF LOSS. THIS IS CONSISTENT WITH HIGH-END
EF0 DAMAGE...WITH WINDS UP TO 85 MPH.
