OLD AND POORLY CONSTRUCTED.

THE MOST EXTENSIVE DAMAGE TOOK PLACE AT A RESIDENCE JUST NORTH OF
THE AFFECTED BARNS ON THE EAST SIDE OF ROUTE 10. THE PROPERTY HAS

PERPENDICULAR TO ITS ORIGINAL POSITION. NO DRAG MARKS WERE EVIDENT
IN THE GROUND...INDICATING THE TORNADO CLEANLY PICKED UP THE
TRAILER. ADDITIONAL DAMAGE TO THE HOME INCLUDED AN INTERIOR DOOR
FRAME BLOWN INWARD INTO THE KITCHEN. ITEMS IN THE KITCHEN WERE
STREWN AS A RESULT OF THE WINDS. NUMEROUS DECIDUOUS TREES WERE
UPROOTED AND BROKEN THROUGHOUT THIS AREA. IT APPEARS THERE WERE TWO
BRIEF TOUCHDOWNS IN THIS AREA...WITH THE TOTAL DAMAGE PATH ACROSS
STATE ROUTE 10 ABOUT A HALF MILE LONG. ESTIMATED WIND SPEEDS WITH
THIS TORNADO WERE AT 80 TO 85 MPH...CONSISTENT WITH THE HIGH END OF
