Lake Effect Snow A low pressure system moved from the eastern Great Lakes into New England, keeping strong northwesterly flow off Lake Michigan. This consistent flow off Lake Michigan along with an upper level disturbance caused a Lake Effect band from Lake Michigan to stay together all the way into central Ohio. This band created generally 2 to 4 inches of snow across west central Ohio and central Ohio. |
