NWS Gray Tour Request Form

If you are interested in touring the NWS Gray facility, please complete the form below. This will help us tailor the tour to your needs and also avoid any scheduling conflicts.

Prior to submitting the tour request form please note the following tour policies:

1. All tours must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance.
2. Tours will normally be scheduled Monday through Friday / 8 am to 4 pm.
3. Maximum number of people per tour group is 25.
4. The tour request form below must be completed/submitted.
5. For Schools/Youth Groups, the minimum grade level is 4th grade.
6. Tours may be cancelled on short notice by the National Weather Service due to severe weather.

Once the form is submitted the National Weather Service will follow-up with confirmation of the tour request.
