Winter Storms in the Central and Eastern U.S.; Heavy Rain in the Southeast

A winter storm will bring heavy snow and ice to the Ohio Valley into the Mid-Atlantic through Wednesday. Significant ice is forecast for the Central Appalachians. Another winter storm will bring heavy snow and ice to the Central Plains today. Heavy to excessive rain will result in flash and river flooding threats over parts of the Lower Mississippi and Tennessee Valleys and Southern Appalachians. Read More >
