Ice on Bay Ahead of Last Year

Ice has quickly formed on the waters of Green Bay in the last week during the recent cold snap. In fact, ice development on Green Bay is farther along at this point in the winter than last year (and 2015 and 2014). In 2013, however, the ice cover was more extensive in what was a very cold December.
