Updated Wausau Temperature Ranking.

September 2017 will go down in the record books warmer and drier than normal.  The average temperature was 3 to 5 degrees above normal. It was the 14th warmest September on record at Green Bay, tied for 13th warmest at Rhinelander and 19th warmest at Wausau.  The high temperature of 90 at Green Bay on the 25th was the latest 90 degree temperature ever recorded during a year. The old record was 92 set on September 24, 1891. 

Precipitation totals for the month were around 2 inches below normal in most spots.  It was the 11th driest September on record at Green Bay, 19th driest at Rhinelander and 20th driest at Wausau.
