A low pressure system that moved out of Canada brought a swath of 6 inches or more of snow across north-central and northeast Wisconsin on December 13. The heaviest snow, with amounts exceeding 8 inches, fell just north of Green Bay. The highest total occurred in Sturgeon Bay, where 11.5 inches fell.
