Thunderstorms developed across eastern Colorado during the afternoon of April 2, 2015. As the storms moved east into western Kansas, strong winds and were produced. Areas of blowing dust limited visibilities to near zero across portions of Cheyenne County, Colorado, and Greeley County, Kansas. Damage was produced by wind gusts in excess of 100 MPH across Cheyenne County, Colorado, and across Greeley, Wallace, and Logan Counties.
