Atmospheric River in the Pacific Northwest and Northern Rockies this Weekend

A Pacific storm and atmospheric river will impact the Pacific Northwest states and northern Rockies this weekend, bringing locally heavy low elevations rain and heavy high elevation snow in the mountains. Welcome to the National Weather Service's new radar webpage located at radar.weather.gov. The redesigned weather viewer was completed in an effort to provide better radar viewing services to the public. On this new page, we provide more radar products with images updating more frequently and at four times higher resolution than before. Our GIS-based web page allows users to integrate our radar data into their own platforms.
