Together with the Southwest U.S. NWS offices, NWS Grand Junction presents this year's Monsoon Awareness Week!

This year's theme is "Stay Weather Aware, Time to Prepare!" with the following daily topics that will be discussed this week:

> Monday, June 12: Lightning
> Tuesday, June 13: Downburst Winds & Dust Storms
> Wednesday, June 14: Hiking & Camping During the Monsoon
> Thursday, June 15: Flash Flooding
> Friday, June 16: Wildfires & Debris Flow
> Saturday, June 17: Boating Hazards During the Monsoon
