After morning showers pass, much drier and windy weather will bring Red Flag conditions this afternoon and evening to portions of eastern Utah.

Early morning showers will move east of the area before noon, with much drier and windier conditions spreading over the area from west to east this afternoon and evening. In eastern Utah the windy and dry weather will combine with already dry fuels to produce critical fire weather conditions this afternoon from 11 AM this morning through 9 PM this evening.
