Saturday, September 28th, 2024

If you have an interest in learning more about the National Weather Service,
please join us on Saturday, September 28th!

Located just off of University Ave immediately west of I-29

The event is free and open to the public with parking available in the yellow highlighted areas in the image below (USDA/General Atomics building just south of the NWS and street parking along Technology Circle).

Activities will include:

Introduction to the National Weather Service
Tour of the office
Youth activities
Interactive severe weather simulation
UND weather balloon launches at 11 am and 1 pm
and more!

Informational booths will also be set up with representatives from several of our local partner organizations.
