Overview
A Colorado Low impacted the area from the evening of November 9th to November 11th. This system brought freezing rain, sleet, snow, and wind to eastern North Dakota and west-central MinnesotaSnow/Ice
Due to warmer temperatures, many locations in our southern areas received freezing rain before the snow ever fell. This resulted in ice accumulations of around a quarter of an inch in the southern Red River Valley.

Additional Information
With the freezing rain in this system, we had many areas that lost power. We also had some thunder snow, due to higher CAPE in the area giving the snow showers some instability.
