Overview

A strong upper level low pushing east along the Canadian border helped set the environment for severe weather on Wednesday, August 3rd, 2016. Thunderstorms produced tornadoes, damaging winds, baseball size hail, as well as flash flooding across parts of eastern North Dakota and northwestern Minnesota.
