Overview
A major winter storm produced significant snow totals from the Devils Lake basin east into northeast North Dakota and portions of northwest Minnesota. Over a foot of snow has been reported from near Gilby to around Park River into the Cavalier and Sarles area. Further to the east and south, lighter snow amounts were reported, but still in excess of 6 inches. The lowest snow totals have been reported in southeast North Dakota where a few inches fell. ​Snow Totals
