Widespread Thunderstorms and Showers in the Southeast and Northwest

Widespread showers and thunderstorms may produce isolate instances of flash flooding across the Ozarks and Southeast through Friday. Scattered severe storms and heavy rain is expected across the Northwest U.S.. There are no watches, warnings, or advisories at this time.

Mostly dry through the next several days but eastern locations of the forecast area like the Sacramento Mtns, eastern Otero and eastern Hudspeth counties will have a chance to see some isolated thunderstorms Thursday and Friday afternoons. Winds will be mild each afternoon with speeds of 10-20 mph and high temperatures stay just below normal to seasonal for this time of year.
Temperatures will still lag climatology by 3 or 4 degrees, with sunny skies and light south winds. Temperatures will slowly climb later in the week.
