AlertFM   general FREE / $ Global/national-scale Users can purchase FM receiver devices or receive alerts via text, email, or app. Their alert and messaging system allows emergency management officials to create and send alerts to recipients based on geographic or organizational groupings. Alerts can include NWS weather watches and warnings, evacuation instructions, homeland security notices, Amber Alerts, or school closings.  
APRS Weather Alerts   general FREE Global/national-scale This free service uses amateur radio to gate NOAA CAP alerts to the amateur radio situational awareness system (APRS—a digital communications information channel for Ham radio) on 144.39 MHz via packet data. Alerting via amateur radio provides service via a medium which is often sustainable beyond other critical infrastructure.  
DAPage, LLC   general $ Global/national-scale Organizations can become a customer in order to use their Software as a Service product to alert their users and subscribers.  
Early Alert IAWS general $ Global/national-scale The Integrated Alert and Warning System allows your list of recipients to be alerted of selected events and hazards via many methods of transmission.  
Midland Radio https://midlandusa.com/ general $ Global/national-scale Midland is a supplier of two-way radios, weather alert radios and an innovator in emergency radio technology.  
ThunderEagle   general $ Global/national-scale Thunder Eagle designs and manufactures NOAA weather alert radios and communication interface systems for the dissemination of severe weather information on multiple communications systems. They also create and host weather websites for businesses, schools, and governments throughout the United States. These sites are linked at http://alerteagle.alerteagle.com/.  
Weather Information Network   general FREE Global/national-scale Weather Information Network offers forecasts and data for the U.S., categorized by region. Users can subscribe to an RSS Feed to receive alerts about tornado, severe thunderstorm, flood, and winter storm warnings. On their webpage, users can stream the NOAA Weather Radio recordings as well.  
Weather Underground Weather Radio general FREE Global/national-scale Wunderground provides, forecasts, radar, and severe weather alerts on their desktop site, as well as their app.  A second app, WunderStation, allows users to connect to their personal weather stations. Users can subscribe to severe weather alerts via SMS or email, and also stream NOAA Weather Radio via a desktop browser.    
Weather USA Weather Radio general FREE Global/national-scale NOAA Weather Radio can be streamed through Weather USA's site.  
weatherUSA   general FREE / $ Global/national-scale Users can access current weather data and forecasts via their webpage and app. They also offer weather alerts by text and email, with the option to upgrade to a premium subscription to receive alerts by phone and for more devices. Also available are weather alerts for businesses and organizations.
