iAlert.com     FREE / $ Global/national-scale Users can see weather data for free on their webpage, and sign up for free severe weather alerts for a single city.  Other various forecast and alerting packages are available as well.    
Iteris, Inc. ClearPath Weather winter $ Global/national-scale ClearPath Weather is a winter road information service that supports decision makers in effectively managing winter weather road issues.  Data and site-specific forecasts are available. Another service is customizable email or text message alerts for observed and forecasted weather and pavement conditions, as well as NWS watches, warnings, and advisories.   
Swift Weather   general $ Global/national-scale Swift Weather offers users access to custom weather graphics and weather & GIS data. Another option is Weather Defender, a product that provides public safety agencies, utilities, contractors, and other organizations with weather data, tracking systems, and alerts to minimize risk and maximize preparedness.  Citizens can also take part with the residential edition of Weather Defender.  
CT Weather Paid Services general $ Regional/Local-scale CT Weather offers a number of fee-based subscription services to residents and companies of Connecticut.  These include forensic reports, extensive and detailed storm forecasts, official snowfall total reports, degree day reports, 30-day forecasts, STORM FORCE notifications, NWS alerts, and radio station information.  Connecticut
Ytel n/a general $ National/U.S. Businesses and individuals can use Ytel to send out SMS / text messages alerts with weather updates. They can even setup logic to only send messages when certain conditions are met.
