FLINT HAD ITS 5TH WARMEST SPRING ON RECORD WITH AN AVERAGE TEMPERATURE OF 50.1 DEGREES. THE ONLY YEARS WITH WARMER SPRINGS WERE (FROM WARMEST TO 4TH WARMEST) 1921 (52.1 DEGREES)... 1991...1977...1987. SAGINAW RECORDED ITS SECOND WARMEST SPRING THIS YEAR. SAGINAW AVERAGED 50.8 DEGREES. THE 2010 SPRING WAS ONLY SURPASSED BY THE SPRING OF 1977 WHEN SAGINAW AVERAGED 52.1 DEGREES.
