.SYNOPSIS...Northwest winds gusting to gales continues tonight behind a strong
low pressure system. High pressure, 30.40 inches, tracks through the
Ohio Valley tomorrow, with the northern extension reaching the
Central Great Lakes tomorrow evening, supporting light winds.
Moderate southwest winds then return for Wednesday.
