Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...The expansive strong surface high, 30.50 inches, currently situated
north of Lake Superior, will continue to push eastward across Quebec
through the day. Low pressure, 29.50 inches, will approach from the
Central Plains into the western Great Lakes on Thursday, bringing
another round of precipitation to the region. This low will then
exit northeast of the Great Lakes on Friday. Another low, 29.70
inches, then quickly follows into the region on Saturday.
