.SYNOPSIS...High pressure, 31.10 inches, across the northern plains today will
slowly weaken as it moves across the Great Lakes Saturday and
Sunday. This system is associated with extremely cold air. Strong
low pressure will lift up the east coast Sunday into Monday while
strong high pressure holds across the central US.
