.SYNOPSIS...High pressure, 30.30 inches, briefly fills in this morning
moderating wind speeds and gust potential for the first half of the
day. A clipper system, 29.70 inches, then moves over tomorrow
morning, backing winds to the southwest while bringing some elevated
gust potential across the Saginaw Bay and Lake Huron.
