1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure, 30.00 inches, builds into the Great Lakes today and
Friday. The next low pressure system then arrives Saturday, dragging
a cold front across the area and increasing shower and thunderstorm
chances. Post-frontal northwest flow leads to gusty winds Sunday.
