.SYNOPSIS...High pressure, 30.30 inches, builds into the Midwest today and then
into Lower Michigan Monday. This leads to decreasing wind field
across the central Great Lakes through Tuesday. The next low
pressure system moves in late Tuesday bringing stronger wind and the
next pattern of showers and thunderstorms.
