.SYNOPSIS...East coast low pressure loses influence this evening in favor of
high pressure averaging 30.10 inches by the time it reaches the
Great Lakes early Tuesday morning. Heavy freezing spray concerns
subside tonight as winds relax. The next low pressure tracks across
the northern Great Lakes late Tuesday into Wednesday.
