.SYNOPSIS...North flow turns lighter and more variable this afternoon in the
wake of a cold front. Another low pressure system organizes well
south of the area through Wednesday, favoring the gradual
development of northeast winds. As this low moves over the Northeast
mid to late week, northeast winds will back from the northeast to
northerly, and eventually take on a more westerly component by
