1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A slow moving cold front will stall across the southern Great Lakes
this morning. This front will continue to produce showers and
isolated thunderstorms through the day. High pressure, 30.00 inches,
will build in late tonight and tomorrow morning, with a second cold
front then moving in late Friday into Saturday.
