the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Light winds out of the south-southwest between high pressure and the
next low over the Plains. Thunderstorm chances increase Sunday and
Monday as the low approaches and as the cold front moves through the
region Monday night into Tuesday.
