.SYNOPSIS...High pressure, 30.20 inches, briefly builds back in on today,

second anomalously strong low pressure system, 28.90 inches, moves
across southern Michigan and Lake Huron late Sunday into Monday.
This brings renewed chances for prolonged gales and winter weather.
