1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Dense fog has developed from Lake St. Clair to Sturgeon Point, but
will dissipate through the afternoon with increasing winds and
showers. Low pressure, 20.50 inches, lifts into southern Lake Huron
tonight leading to sporadic gale force gusts tonight. A Gale Watch
is now in effect for widespread gale potential Friday and Friday
night.
