.SYNOPSIS...Southwest return flow holds in place today and Monday while a
frontal boundary stalls and strengthens over northern Lake Huron
Monday night. Showers and thunderstorms develop as a result and
persist through Tuesday, with potential for strong to severe storms
as a strong cold front sweeps across the Great Lakes Tuesday
evening.
