Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will ease across western Lake Erie into the lower Great
Lakes this evening. Low pressure will develop along this front over
the Ohio Valley, causing wind over the central Great Lakes to
organize out of the northeast on Wednesday. Broad high pressure then
builds into the Ohio Valley and southern Great Lakes Thursday into
Friday.
