.SYNOPSIS...Modest northwest winds continue to diminish as high pressure, 30.50
inches, builds in across the Great Lakes region Wednesday into
Thursday. An clipper and arctic cold front cross the central Great
Lakes late Friday-Saturday bringing the next chances for gales.
