.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure, 29.20 inches, tracks into Lake Superior
late tonight. This low drags a cold front across the Great Lakes
bringing the threat for widespread easterly gale force gusts and
strong to severe thunderstorms today. High pressure building in
on Thursday maintains gusty westerly flow through the day before
winds subside through Friday.

.REST OF TODAY...Southeast winds 20 to 25 knots diminishing to 15 to
20 knots late in the afternoon. Gusts to 30 knots. Rain and
thunderstorms. Waves 2 to 4 feet.
.TONIGHT...South winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts to 30 knots
becoming southwest 15 to 20 knots early in the morning.
Thunderstorms and showers in the evening...then showers and a chance
of thunderstorms after midnight. Waves 2 to 4 feet.
.THURSDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots becoming west 15 to 20
knots in the late morning and afternoon. Partly sunny. Waves 1 to 3
feet.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...West winds 10 to 15 knots becoming north 5 to 10
knots in the late evening and overnight. Mostly cloudy. Waves 2 feet
or less.
.FRIDAY...Northeast winds 5 to 10 knots increasing to 10 to 15 knots
in the evening. Partly sunny becoming mostly cloudy. A chance of
