1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure, 30.40 inches, over Central Great Lakes this
afternoon. The next low pressure system will track through Lake
Superior tonight into Tuesday, leading to strong south-southwest
winds gusting to around 30 knots. An even stronger low, 29.30
inches, is on track to move through Lower Michigan on Wednesday
bringing snow and rain.
