1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A low pressure system tracks from the Mid-Mississippi Valley into
the Straits by Saturday evening. Cooler westerly flow follows this
system Sunday, with a series of weak clipper systems expected to
track through Monday into Tuesday.
