1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure, 30.40 inches, over the Midwest will build east and
reach the Central Great Lakes Monday morning. The next low pressure
system will track through the northern Great Lakes Monday night into
Tuesday. An even stronger low, 29.30 inches, is on track to move
through Lower Michigan on on Wednesday.
