1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A weak pressure pattern maintains relatively benign conditions this
weekend and into the early week. Weak clippers are expected to pass
through the Great Lakes on Sunday and Monday. A more active storm
track will target the region during the middle and end of next week.
