the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A weak diffuse high pressure system holds today which will maintain
lighter northwesterly flow. A warm front then enters tomorrow,
backing winds from northwest to southwest, bringing elevated winds
through the Saginaw Bay and nearshore areas.
