1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Active weather stretch continues this week with several additional
disturbances working through the central Great Lakes. This results
in very cold conditions, elevated winds/waves, areas of heavy
freezing spray, and periods of snowfall throughout the week.
