.SYNOPSIS...High pressure shifts southward into the Ohio Valley tonight.
Meanwhile, a clipper system will pass near northern Lake Huron
leading to moderate southwest winds on Friday. High pressure will
dominate the area through the weekend as the storm track sets up
across the southern US.
