1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Southerly flow strengthens today as low pressure, 29.80 inches,
approaches the Great Lakes. This system will bring widespread snow
to much of Lake Huron tonight into Tuesday. A strong cold front then
sweeps east to west across the region Tuesday afternoon, setting up
marginal gale potential.
