.SYNOPSIS...Surface trough holding across the Great Lakes maintains moderate
north-northeast winds through daytime Saturday. Northern edge of
Plains high pressure, 30.60 inches, expands over the region Saturday
night bringing lighter winds for the remainder of the weekend. A
weak clipper, 30.00 inches, slides over the region later Monday
before high pressure returns for the midweek.
