Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure builds in today offering drier conditions and
weakening northerly winds. Winds back toward the southwest by Monday
afternoon and strengthen ahead of a weak low tracking through the
northern Ohio Valley on Tuesday. This brings opportunities for
precipitation, mainly over Lake St. Clair and Lake Erie, but also
parts of southern Lake Huron.
