A strong cold front will move across the area tomorrow, quickly transitioning rain to snow. Travel may become hazardous as quickly falling temperatures may result in icy roadways and the potential of snow squalls. Allow for plenty of travel time for the Wednesday evening commute.
Temperatures will plummet behind a cold front on Wednesday. Wind chills will fall below 10°F with the coldest temperatures overnight. These cold temperatures could pose a danger to the public, especially vulnerable populations. Stay warm by dressing in layers, limiting time outdoors and make sure to cover exposed skin.
